I write and produce stories for nonfiction television and film.

For the past thirteen years I’ve told stories across a variety of genres in nonfiction television and film. Whether it’s exposing the brutal truth or portraying a compelling narrative, I aim to provide the world with genuine storytelling at its core—everlasting human connection.

My commitment to telling real stories is rooted in my own lived experience.

It’s a personal story that’s reflective of the elusive “American Dream”:

An aspirational, hard-working family desperately trying to navigate their way out of misfortune.

The only thing keeping them going is believing they can actually overcome it. That we all can.

Until reality takes hold.

The realization that many of us are voiceless, helpless, and afraid may seem anticlimactic against the tall tale of the American Dream. But in truth, it’s the most urgent and compelling part of the story.

Having lived through this despondency and witnessed similar anguish in my peers, my goal with television and film has always been to give voice to the voiceless. To push traditional boundaries and broaden perspectives so that we can all see the bigger picture.

The power of nonfiction storytelling lies in its inherent empathy. Through this human connection, I hope to inspire a pursuit of understanding, meaning, and happiness among us all—to improve our lives, and ultimately, benefit society as a whole.
